The Belknap County 4-H Fall Festival will have a booth at the Laconia Pumpkin Festival this year! This promises to be a fun time and opportunity to showcase how amazing 4-H in Belknap County is. This is a family-oriented festival and a great opportunity to promote the clubs in the county to new families.
Youth will have the chance to bring an animal (one per person as space is limited), give a presentation or a demonstration throughout the day.
UPDATE: We will also be having a scarecrow contest so bring a completed scarecrow to enter. You might just win best in show and have some bragging rights! There will be cider making supplies for anyone who would like to try their hand at making some yummy cider.
Our booth will be located across from City Hall where there is a wide pedestrian walkway that leads from Beacon St. East to Main Street. It goes by where the restaurant called the Soda Shoppe used to be. Closer to the Main St. end of that pedestrian way there is a nice area with a fair amount of grassy space.
Please register to let us know if you are bringing an animal and/or going to provide a presentation. Once we have closed registrations we can provide a schedule of presentations for the day. Registration closes on October 19th so register today!
