This year, Grafton County 4-H is adopting a cow for the year, and we want you to join in the fun learning all about her.  Donna Lee will be hosting a SPIN (SPecial INterest 4-H project group) affectionately called the “Moo Crew” who will be following the Discover Dairy curriculum created by the Center for Dairy Excellence. Individuals participating in this SPIN should plan to meet monthly for get togethers (in-person and virtually) with a dairy theme. (Participants do NOT need to own their own cow.)  Projects will be geared towards those in 3rd to 5th grades, but 4-H’ers of all ages are welcome to take part. If you’re interested, plan to attend the kick-off meeting at the UNH Extension office in North Haverhill on October 28 at 4:30 pm for the first craft of the year and an ice cream social to get to know each other. Register in ZSuite. Contact Donna Lee if you have any questions.

If you need an accommodation to participate in our programming, please contact Donna Lee, Grafton County 4-H Program Manager, 603-787-6944, donna.lee@unh.edu, prior to the event. Given ample time, we will make any reasonable effort to meet your needs, including language access services if requested, which will be provided free of charge. The University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension is an equal opportunity educator and employer. UNH, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, and New Hampshire counties cooperating.
