Demystifying Conservation Easements Webinar

-
Online Only

Conservation Easements are detailed legal documents that can be tricky to read and understand. Join Barbara (NHACC) and Sara (UNH Extension) for an online training to learn more about the basics of conservation easements. Barbara and Sara will help decipher the structure and jargon of a conservation easement and walk through the essential sections for effective easement monitoring.  This program is designed for conservation commissioners or land trust volunteers who would like to better understand the components of conservation easement deeds.

This event will take place online on zoom and will be recorded. The link will be sent to participants after registration.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a small group discussion session (Thursday, May 21 or Wednesday, May 27) with a panel of conservation easement experts to answer your specific questions

If you need an accommodation to participate in our programming, please contact Sara Callaghan (Sara.Callaghan@unh.edu or 603-862-2990) prior to the event. Given ample time, we will make any reasonable effort to meet your needs, including language access services if requested, which will be provided free of charge.
