Welcome to the Carroll County 4-H program. 4-H provides experiences where young people learn by doing. In a positive environment, youth complete hands-on projects in areas like health, science, agri-science, and citizenship. 4-Her's receive guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles.

Carroll County 4-H offers many different ways to participate in 4-H.
