Physically Protecting Your Crops

Discover strategies for efficiency improvements and technology add-ons when growing crops in controlled environments like high and low tunnels, and netted structures. We will cover how to mitigate against damage from extreme heat and wind. Spring Ledge Farm has been an early adopter of new energy-efficient technologies in what are otherwise traditionally low-tech structures. We will learn how they are advancing the technology and improving efficiencies on their farm. NRCS will join us to highlight how their programs can be utilized for energy conservation and technology upgrades.
