Social media is a powerful tool for farm businesses, but feeling like you need to be online all the time can lead to stress and burnout. In this session, we’ll explore together the mental health impacts of social media, strategies for setting boundaries, and practical ways to manage your time online. This event is led by Jesse Wright and Marlana Trombley and will feature the voices of experienced farmers to share their own approaches. Participants will learn how to batch and schedule content, delegate tasks, and stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed. Our hope is that you walk away with a sustainable social media plan that supports your business while minimizing your screen time.
This is a marketing course at heart and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.
Cost: Free!
