For campers who just can’t get enough of the great outdoors, this is the adventure to be on! Backpacking a portion of Kilkenny Ridge or canoeing a section of the Androscoggin, these campers get the full outdoor experience and the fulfillment of living in the wild. Campers will spend time learning about fish and wildlife of New Hampshire, basic first aid and wilderness survival.
A day will be spent on the camp range where campers will be introduced to the 4-H Shooting Sports disciplines of rifle, shotgun and archery with a focus of firearm safety and marksmanship.
Campers will also take part in a host of traditional and fun activities. You’ll enjoy campfires, cabin skits, archery, fishing, swimming, and more. Join us and make new friends as you unplug and delight in the outdoors!
