Walk With Ease, a program from the Arthritis Foundation, is for anyone who wants to start moving more! This self-directed, virtual format gives you the flexibility to move at your own pace, on your schedule!
You will be supported every step of the way with:
- Weekly emails and lesson videos that make learning simple and enjoyable
- A free guidebook to support your progress
- Weekly virtual meetups for encouragement and community
- Helpful resources to keep you motivated and moving safely
