There’s no need to wait for spring to start growing your own food. Start these potatoes indoors and then move them outside to your back deck or porch as the weather improves. Potatoes are easy to grow and a true treasure hunt for you to gather.
You’ll need:
- 2 black buckets (potatoes dislike sunlight!)
 - A sharp knife
 - A speedmarker
 - Something to make holes in the bottom of the buckets
 - Soil
 - Potatoes

Visit Growing Potatoes in Buckets from Instructables for the rest of the instructions!
