Thank you for visiting the Seacost SeaPerch Challenge Volunteer page. Volunteers make this event happen.
Below you will find information on registering to be a volunteer and information on the different volunteer roles.
The different volunteer positions we have this year for the competition include:
Course Judges ‐ Stand on the edge of the pool with a timer and clipboard and record the results from the two challenges.
Technical volunteer ‐ Help check in all ROV's (confirm alterations that they may have made) and then be available to students at the triage station during the competition for repairs and alterations.
Pool assistant ‐ Don't mind getting wet? Help us out in the pool setting up the course, and rescuing stray SeaPerch ROV's. Half day and full day shifts available.
Poster Competition Judge – Help judge the posters the students have prepared to explain their design choices for their ROV.
General assistant ‐ Help out with registration of the students.
Full day volunteers will receive lunch, and a Seacoast SeaPerch t-shirt.
