Increasing Leadership Capacity in Communities
Skills for Community Volunteers & Leaders
Community leaders and volunteers are most effective when they have the special skills needed to help manage the work of community decision-making. Our workshops cover a variety of topics, including meeting management for community settings, facilitation, outreach and engagement, and community collaboration. All workshops are designed to be interactive and leave participants with skills to be used in their communities.
