10:00 Who and What’s New at UNH Extension: Becky Sideman will discuss new and exciting happenings with UNH Extension and introduce our new State Specialists in Food Safety, Soil Health and Plant Pathology.
10:45 NH Produce Safety Update: Food Safety State Specialist, Wendy Johnecheck, will review testing and management requirements associated with use of water (and sanitizers) in the wash / pack setting as well as commonly used food safe sanitizers and cleaners.
11:15 No-Till Weed Control: Chad Cochrane will discuss changes in weed pressure when adopting no-till cropping systems and strategies for maintaining weed control.
