Fair time is just around the corner and we want to ensure all of our fair superintendents are prepared for the season ahead! This training is meant to review new and old 4-H policies at the fair including 4-H animal guidelines and show readiness, emergency procedures, risk management, and best positive youth development practices. Additionally, we hope this will create more consistency across all of our 4-H fairs and provide a network of support for all the superintendents. Two virtual sessions will be offered for the summer of 2024, and we are asking all superintendents to attend at least one of the sessions before their fair. The end of the training will include time for a Q&A for all superintendents.
