NH 4-H Wildside Summer State Park Challenge

Online Only

The 4-H Wildside State Park Summer Challenge starts June 1, 2024 and runs until September 1, 2024.

Take a trip on the wild side this summer! Announcing the NH 4-H Wildside State Park Summer Challenge! This challenge is designed for the 4-H family this summer, as your goal will be to visit as many state parks as possible and engage in healthy outdoor living activities such as hiking, swimming, boating, biking, fishing, and camping.  This challenge is also designed to take advantage of many state parks' educational enrichment and historical programs.  Your job is to take photographs and document the activities that you do in your NH State Park Passport journal that you will receive when you register through 4-H online.  There is no limit to the number of State Parks you visit, but the minimum in order to receive your patch or certificate is six, and only after you have completed the survey and either mail back or drop off it off at your local 4-H office.

How It Works:  Just register on 4-H online at any time before August 15, and ask for a NH 4-H State Parks Journal to be either physically mailed or emailed to you and let the summer fun begin!  I wish you the best of luck on your journey this summer and as always, remember to have fun!
