Description:

Are you ready to "grow beyond" buying plants for your garden, and move to the next level? This workshop will discuss why, how, and when to purchase seeds, and what you'll need to be successful. We'll look at how to decide which seeds to buy, from which vendors, how to read a seed packet, and how to navigate seed catalogs. This workshop is focused on vegetable gardening, but the information will apply equally to flowers. We will learn the important concept of seed "shelf-life.” Money-saving tips will also be discussed.
