T(w)een Winter Retreat is a one-day experience for young people between the ages of 12-15. It celebrates positive youth development and the array of experiences that foster youth engagement. Each year the program is developed and facilitated by our 4-H Community Ambassadors as their capstone experience. The retreat’s main objective is to have our younger teen leaders feel a sense of belonging and light a spark that will continue through the rest of their 4-H journey.
