Important Registration Information

REGISTRATION FOR BARRY CONSERVATION CAMP WILL OPEN

ON FEBRUARY 19 AT 5:00 A.M.  

Note: Registration staff will not be available until 8:00 am

PLEASE NOTE:

• All campers will need to create a 4-H Online account!
  • If you attended camp last year, or are currently an enrolled 4-H member, please sign in with your 4-H ONLINE account. 
  • Please be sure to use the parent email address when creating your account. This will be the primary way we communicate with you regarding Barry Camp information!
• If the session you are interested in is full, then please consider attending another week and/or putting your name on the waiting list.
  • Campers who have received a campership from a sponsor DO NOT need to register in a camp session as their spots are already reserved and registration has been started. 
    • The BCC registrar will enroll the sponsored campers into their camp session.
    • Sponsored camper families will receive an email after they have been registered, to let you know how and when to finish their part of the registration process.
• Please be mindful of the sessions you are choosing. Sessions are based on gender due to cabin placement, males and females cannot share the same cabins. If you select the wrong cabin/gender for your camper, your registration will NOT be approved and you will need to start again! 
• Be sure to follow us on our Facebook page for timely updates about camp sessions and information.

Once registration opens on February 19:

• You can sign into your account.
• Look for the camp session 2024 4-H (name of the camp session you want to attend) under Events, Example: 2024 4-H Shooting Sports at Barry Conservation Camp.
• Choose your session(s) - You will also need to select MALE or FEMALE session, to be place in the proper cabin - please pay attention to Male or Female sessions.  PLEASE NOTE: If you select the wrong gender session, your registration will not be approved, and you will need to start again. (Example: if your camper is a male and you select female session - your registration will not be approved.)
• Follow the check-out process and provide payment. ($150 Deposit is required for registration.) 

•  You will have to create an account in 4-H Online - instructions are below to help you create your account. 
• Look for the camp session 2024 4-H (name of the camp session you want to attend) under Events, Example: 2024 4-H Shooting Sports at Barry Conservation Camp
• Choose your session(s) - You will also need to select MALE or FEMALE session, to be place in the proper cabin. If you select the wrong gender session, your registration will be rejected, and you will need to start again. (Example: if your camper is a male and you select female session - your registration will not be approved)
•  Follow the check-out process and provide payment. ($150 deposit required to register) 

If you would like to participate in an 4-H event on a one-time basis (ex: Barry Conservation Camp) see instructions below:

• Create your 4-H Online account.
• Which program would you like to join? Select 4-H Box
• Fill out the profile information. This is the email address we will be sending updates to, so make sure it is the parent email address!
• Fill out the about you section. 
• VERY IMPORTANT FOR SECTION 4: HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO PARTICIPATE? Select - I want to participate in 4-H activity, but do NOT want to enroll in 4-H at this time.
