Important Registration Information

OUT OF STATE 4-H MEMBERS: IF YOU ARE AN OUT OF STATE 4-H MEMBER, (and don't currently use ZSuite with your 4-H Program) PLEASE USE THE NON-4-H MEMBER/PARTICIPANT LINKS POSTED ON THE BARRY CAMP WEBSITE TO REGISTER FOR A CAMP SESSION. 

1. Click on the link under the camp session for 4-H Members and sign in. The PRIMARY user account will be needed to register youth for events.  You cannot register for a camp session under the youth account. 
2. Choose your session(s) - You will also need to select MALE or FEMALE session, to be placed in the proper cabin - please pay attention to Male or Female sessions.  
   • PLEASE NOTE: If you select the wrong gender session, your registration will not be approved, and you will need to start again. Example: if your camper is a male and you select female session - your registration will not be approved.
3. Follow the check-out process and provide payment. Full payment is required at check out, payable by debit/credit card. However, there is an exception - Please see "About Camp Payments" below for more information regarding payments.

If a camp session is full, you will need to register in the Waitlist event for each camp session you want to attend. Links will be posted under the camp sessions. Example: Waitlist 2025 Junior Conservation Office Camp at Barry Conservation Camp. 

• If a spot opens in a camp session and we pull from the waitlist, campers are selected in order, based on their registration date and time of registration. 

1. Click on the link under the camp session for the camp session you want to attend - be sure to click the link for Non-4-H Members.   This will bring you to the registration information section on the camp you have selected. You do NOT have to create or have a ZSuite account to register.

1. On the Barry Camp website, you will see all 7 of the 2025 Barry Camp Sessions listed.
2. Under each camp session, you will see a button that says "LEARN MORE AND REGISTER HERE"

• There are 2 registration buttons – 1 for 4-H Members currently enrolled in NH ZSuite and another for Non-4-H Members. Please pay attention and select the correct one. You do NOT need an account to register for Camp.
• There are 2 WAITLIST buttons – 1 for 4-H Members currently enrolled in NH ZSuite and 1 for Non-4-H Members. Please select the correct one if you need to be put on a waiting list.

5. Once you’ve selected the correct link, it will take you to:

• 4-H Members you will go to you ZSuite account. You will need to log in, the PRIMARY account holder will need to register you for your camp session.
• NON-4-H Member/Participants: you will be taken directly to the registration event page.

6. Once you’ve completed all the questions, you will be asked to provide payment and submit the registration:

• If you are planning to apply for a scholarship, you will need to pay at least $150 upon check out with a debit/credit card. Camp sessions will not be approved without at least $150 down.
• If you are not seeking additional funding, we ask that you pay for your camp session in full upon registration.

(Sponsored means an organization is paying all or part of your camp session and we already have your information from them for your camp session.)

• Campers who have received a campership/sponsorship from a sponsor will receive an email from the camp registrar with a registration link for their camp session. Please keep an eye on your email.
  • This email contains IMPORTANT information - you will be given 'Next Step' instructions on how to complete your registration and your sponsor information to complete your registration form. 
• Please follow the instructions to register for your camp session.  This is very important to reserve your camp spot. 

Full payment is due when you complete your camp registration by debit/credit card.

• EXCEPTION: If you are receiving additional funding, after your register, such as a 4-H Scholarship, Rekindling Curiosity Scholarship, etc. you will need to make a partial payment of at least $150 upon registration to hold your spot. If the $150 partial payment is NOT received, your registration will not be guaranteed or approved.

After you have made your partial payment, you can log out of your account. 

• This will leave your registration in pending payment status, submit your registration, and secure your camp session.  
• The camp registrar will go in and approve your registration.
• Any remaining payment is due no later than May 1, 2025. If full payment is NOT received by May 1, we cannot guarantee your session, and it may be given to someone on the waitlist. 

• Remaining balance due can be paid online, by Check or Money order: 

  • Make payable to: UNH 4-H Camps

  • Mail to: Barry Conservation Camp, 629A Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584

  • Must be received in our office not later than May 1, 2025 for your spot to be reserved.

1. Please review the FAMILY GUIDE
   • Sign the family agreement after reading the family guide and return to us.
   • Print your medical forms, fill them out and return to us. NOTE: Form 2 requires a doctor's signature! (DUE BY MAY 1)
   • All forms can be scanned as a .pdf and returned to us via email: 4hcamps@unh.edu or mailed to us: Barry Conservation Camp, 629A Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584.
