Important Registration Information

(Sponsored means an organization is paying all or part of your camp session and we already have your information from them for your camp session.)

• Campers who have received a campership from a sponsor DO NOT need to register in a camp session as their spots are already reserved and registration has been started. 
• Please read: 
  • The BCC registrar will enroll the sponsored campers into their camp session.
  • Sponsored camper families will receive an email after they have been registered. This email contains IMPORTANT information - you will be given Next Steps on how and when to finish their part of the registration process.

• You can sign into your ZSuite account. 
• Look for the camp session (name of the camp session you want to attend) under Events, Example: 2025 4-H Shooting Sports at Barry Conservation Camp.
• Choose your session(s) - You will also need to select MALE or FEMALE session, to be placed in the proper cabin - please pay attention to Male or Female sessions.  
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you select the wrong gender session, your registration will not be approved, and you will need to start again.
  • Example: if your camper is a male and you select female session - your registration will not be approved.
• Follow the check-out process and provide payment. Full payment is required at check out, payable by debit/credit card.
  • NOTE: If you are getting outside funding such as a 4-H Foundation Scholarship, Rekindling Curiosity, or another type of scholarship after you register, you will need to make at least a $150 partial payment upon registration to secure your camp spot.
  • Camper registrations without at least the $150 partial payment will not have their registrations guaranteed or approved, leaving this spot open for someone else. (Any balance due must be paid by May 1)

•  Links for the camp sessions will be available for you to click. This will bring you to the registration information section on the camp you have selected.
• Choose your cabin - You will also need to select MALE or FEMALE session, to be place in the proper cabin.
  •  If you select the wrong gender session, your registration will be rejected, and you will need to start again. Example: if your camper is a male and you select female session - your registration will not be approved
• Follow the check-out process and provide payment. Full payment is required at check out, payable by debit/credit card.
  •   NOTE: If you are getting outside funding such as a 4-H Foundation Scholarship, Rekindling Curiosity, or another type of scholarship after you register, you will need to make at least a $150 partial payment upon registration to secure your camp spot.
  •   Camper registrations without at least the $150 partial payment will not have their registrations guaranteed or approved, leaving this spot open for someone else. (Any balance due must be paid by May 1)

• Full payment is due when you complete your camp registration by debit/credit card.

  • EXCEPTION: If you are receiving additional funding, after your register, such as a 4-H Scholarship, Rekindling Curiosity Scholarship, etc. you will need to make a partial payment of at least $150 upon registration to hold your spot. If the $150 partial payment is NOT received, your registration will not be guaranteed or approved.

• Any remaining payment due must be received in our office no later than May 1, 2025. If full payment is not received by May 1, your campers' spot cannot be guaranteed and will be given to someone on the waitlist.

• Remaining balance due can be paid online, by Check or Money order:

  • Must be received in our office not later than May 1, 2025 for your spot to be reserved.
