Nicole French-Wollen has joined UNH Extension in Rockingham County as a Nutrition Connections Teacher after spending several years as a middle school family and consumer science/heath teacher. Prior to that, she worked in sustainable agriculture. Her passion is connecting the dots between agriculture, nutrition and life skills. She holds a B.S. in environmental science and an M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction.
