Sara joined UNH Cooperative Extension in 2015. She is a Registered Dietitian with a passion in community nutrition and nutrition insecurity. She manages the Healthy Living Intern Program with a goal to create positive and diverse learning experiences while connecting students and interns to the community. She works closely with the Healthy Living Food Access initiative and is involved in a variety of policy, systems and environmental change projects, designed to build and sustain more active and healthful communities.

Sara joined UNH Cooperative Extension in 2015 as a Wellness Coordinator for the Nutrition Connections program. She is a Registered Dietitian with a passion in community and environmental nutrition. She works with all age groups teaching a variety of nutrition programming throughout Strafford County. Her programs can be found in schools, community centers, housing sites, afterschool programs, food assistance sites and wellness/public health centers. In addition to direct teaching, she also works at a policy, systems and environmental level to assist schools, food assistance sites, farmer's markets and community organizations. This work involves helping to assess, implement and monitor positive changes with the goal to create healthier, more active and more nourishing communities and community members.
