Two important documents will guide you through the process of evaluating, updating and implementing your schools local wellness policy: The School Wellness Policy Checklist and the Triennial Assessment Tracking Form.
The first document is the Wellness Policy Checklist. School Wellness Committees can use this to guide them through the evaluation of their school’s local wellness policy to ensure that their policy meets the current USDA minimum standards.
