This webinar gives an overview of ways that farm or land owners can make their property available to a successive farmer, particularly one who is not currently a part of the farm operation. Topics include considerations when talking about farm transfer with your nonfarming heirs, making your property financially accessible while also providing for your own financial security, and the potential tax consequences of various farm transfer means.
