Eating healthy can be challenging. Maybe you are on a tight budget or you just want a quick meal.
Ramen noodles are a great option, but how can you increase the nutritional value of your meal?
Here is a fun challenge - find a way, for example, to reduce sodium, increase vegetables, grains and other healthy proteins by recreating your healthy bowl of ramen noodles!
Take a photo or video of your re-created ramen noodle bowl and share it in the NH 4-H Community Group on Facebook. Or, if you don’t use Facebook, send your photo or video to Awilda Muniz at email@example.com.
Does it look like a well balanced meal? A people’s choice winner will be determined by the number of likes each photo or video gets. The winner will get a shoutout in 4-H Community Facebook Group and in the weekly 4-H newsletter!
