Science Bonanza - Build Your Own Home Hydroponic System

Hydroponics is about growing plants without soil. In this how-to video we will build a simple but effective raft system to grow our own hydroponic plants using parts you can buy at a hardware store.

  • 3 inch flower pots or plastic cups
  • Air pump
  • Air line

  • Rock wool cubes
  • Hydroponic fertilizer
  • Seed (lettuce, bok choi, spinach)
  • Light source
