Study materials for pesticide applicators in New Hampshire are updated approximately every five years to reflect changes in the NH Pesticide Rules and Regulations, as well as the emergence of new pests. These regular updates are essential because laws and best practices related to pesticide use are continually evolving to protect public health, preserve the environment, and ensure effective pest control. Applicators must stay informed of these updates, as they are responsible for adhering to the most current regulations. Failure to do so can result in improper pesticide use, legal consequences, and potential harm to ecosystems. Keeping study materials up to date helps applicators maintain safety, compliance, and professionalism in their work.
Study material for private applicators can be ordered in the following ways:
1. Online using a credit card.
2. By mail with a check using the manual order form.
3. In person* ++ with a check or cash. Please note, credit cards cannot be used to order material in person or by mail.
