Like father like son. Robert Hatch 4-H alum works with his son Austin on his 4-H Working Steer Project.  Rob was a 4-H member in NH when he was younger and now he is passing on his Working Steer knowledge to his son and their 4-H club Carroll County Clovers in Madison. The New Hampshire 4-H Working Steer Project is a long-term project that allows youth the opportunity to train a pair of steers (castrated male bovines) to work together as a team. This project is growing in popularity due to the numerous classes that a youth and their team can participate in at fairs and competitions.
