Kristen Landau (she/her/hers) has worked in the nonprofit field, specifically with youth and families, for over 15 years. She has a passion for youth development, with a special interest in resiliency and identity development. Kristen’s work with young people focuses on youth-adult partnership, building trusting relationships, and encouraging autonomy. Kristen’s work with UNH Extension has allowed her to support efforts in furthering 4-H youth development’s practices of equity, diversity and inclusion, specifically for New Hampshire’s LGBTQ+ youth. While not engaging in youth development work, Kristen enjoys her time with her family exploring New Hampshire’s woods and beaches.
Kristen has a M.S. in Family Science with a specialization in adolescent development from UNH '13 and a B.A. in English and minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders from UNH '06.
