  • 1 1/2 lbs. beef chuck stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2-3 onions, chopped
  • 6 small potatoes, quartered
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce

Directions

  • Cooking time: 8-10 hours on low heat or 5-6 hours on high heat.

Start by washing your hands with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds before and after handling food.

    3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours, or until meat is tender.
    5. Stir thoroughly before serving.
