Every month our 4-H Healthy Living team creates a simple assortment of healthy things to add to your day. These are easy little tips to incorporate into your day that will have a big impact on your overall health, wellbeing, energy, and mood.
What to do: Print out two copies of this board (download a printable version here). Cut out all the titles on one of the print outs. Place the cut out tiles in a bag, bowl, or hat. Pick one out every day. Do whatever the tile is instructing you to do. When you get a BINGO, post a picture of your favorite healthy living exercise you did in your BINGO row and post it on the NH 4-H Community Facebook Group!
