Our classic nutrition and cooking class is going virtual!

Join us for a free healthy living series that focuses on the basics of nutrition, cooking, meal planning, budgeting, and making smarter food decisions for you and your family. This series can be scheduled from 4-8 weeks.

Topics Include:

  • Smart sizing portions
  • Healthy and delicious recipes
  • How to include more wholesome foods
  • Identifying food labels
  • Shopping on a budget
  • Meal planning
  • Moving more throughout the day
