Science Bonanza - Hydroponics: What, Why and How?

Hydroponics is about growing plants without soil.  In this workshop we will learn how hydroponics works by looking at a system used to grow lettuce hydroponically and by thinking about some ideas for improving it and building our own.  We will also make a simple hydroponics microgreen system for our own house.
