
NH 4-H Scholarships - The following scholarships are administered by NH 4-H. Applications are usually accepted at your county office, but double check the scholarship guidelines to be sure.
Charles W. Buck Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is given to a second, third or fourth year undergraduate student in agricultural studies, including pre-veterinary.
Amount: $1000 Deadline: April
UNH 4-H Scholarship
Elligible candidates are students enrolled in UNH beginning in the fall 2019 semester. Students must have been a NH 4-H program participant at least one year. Award provided each year of UNH enrollment.
Amount: $500 per year of NH 4-H participation, up to $5,000 per year Deadline: Part of UNH application

Agriculture Future of America Scholarships
Awards vary from community partner to nationally available scholarships. All scholarships include a leader development award to attend the AFA Leaders Conference (November of scholarship year in Kansas City, Mo.), of which full attendance is required to receive the full academic scholarship.

CME Group Beef Industry Scholarship
Applicants must be a graduating high school senior or full-time undergraduate student enrolled at a two or four-year institution. Applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to a career in the beef industry through classes, internships or life experiences.
Amount: $1500 Deadline: November
Open to any individual pursuing a full-time, post high school education (this includes colleges and technical schools) a clear intention for a career in agriculture, forestry or commercial fishing. Candidates for the scholarship must have a permanent home address within the area served by Farm Credit East and plan to attend post high school education in the upcoming fall semester. Applicants are eligible to win this scholarship only once.
Amount: $1500 Deadline: April 1, 2021 5:00 p.m.
Kildee Undergraduate Scholarship
To be awarded to a Junior/Senior status college student working toward a Bachelor of Science in Dairy/Animal Science or has a major emphasis on dairy through another major. Only the Top 25 individuals in either the National 4-H Dairy Judging Contest or the National FFA Dairy Cattle Evaluation Contest are eligible to apply during their junior or senior year of college. The winner will be recognized at the National Dairy Shrine Awards Banquet.

NDS Iager Scholarship
One scholarship is available to second year college students in a two-year agricultural college majoring in Dairy or Animal Science.

National Poultry & Food Distributors Association Scholarship
Available to college junior's or senior's pursuing a Poultry or related Agricultural, Ag Business degree – Agricultural Business, Poultry Science, Food science, Animal Science, Pre Vet, Food Marketing, Ag. Econ., etc. (Unrelated degrees such as Dietetics, Hospitality, English, or Nursing will not be considered).

New Hampshire Sheep & Wool Growers
The Bruce Clement Post-Secondary Education Scholarship
Open to any New Hampshire resident who has an affiliation with sheep through 4-H, FFA, Young Farmers, New Hampshire Sheep and Wool Growers' Association, or is majoring in a field that will benefit the sheep industry

NH Farm Bureau Scholarships
Most counties have a Farm Bureau Scholarship available. There are also several other scholarships listed on this page.

Thoroughbred Scholarship
Available to any students from any background wishing to pursue a career in the equine or agriculture industry.
