New Hampshire food business owners, if you manufacture, process, pack, or hold human food and meet the definition of a qualified facility, you are required to

  1. Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMP),
  2. Maintain adequate record keeping,
  3. Register as a food facility, and
  4. Submit a Form FDA 3942a (attestation form) to the FDA electronically or by mail.

Business owners must submit their first attestation to the FDA by December 17, 2018, if they began manufacturing, processing, packing, or holding food prior to September 17, 2018. If businesses begin operation after September 17, 2018, owners must submit an attestation prior to operating.
