Does the Preventive Controls Rule of FSMA Apply to You? [Online Tool]

UNH Cooperative Extension's FSMA team have created an online survey tool to help food businesses and food processors determine whether the Preventive Controls Rule of FSMA applies to their business. This tool asks the user a series of questions, and based on the answers determines where the business most likely falls under the Preventive Controls Rule.

We strongly recommend that businesses also look at two other tools designed to help answer the question "Am I covered under this rule?" The three tools are intended to be used together.  If you do not receive the same answer from all three tools, please contact a member of the FSMA team.
