Dear NH Vegetable and Berry Producers,
The New Hampshire Vegetable and Berry Growers Association (NHVBGA) was recently awarded a Specialty Crop Block Grant from the Division of Agricultural Markets and Food. The purpose of the grant is to increase consumer awareness of local produce offerings, through marketing efforts, for all New Hampshire vegetable and berry growers.
The grant is enabling us to create an online presence that will include a consumer-facing website and season-long social media and digital advertising campaigns. Campaigns will be based around in-season produce offerings in an attempt to educate the consumer on what’s growing, where it's being grown, and who’s growing it!
The grant requires that we establish a baseline for understanding current sales–which is why we need your help.
