UNH Cooperative Extension-Carroll County, the Carroll County Farm Bureau, and the Upper Saco Valley Land Trust have teamed up over the last several years to produce booklets called The Farms of Carroll County and the Farms of Carroll County Chef’s Edition. The booklet provides advertising space to local farms with products available for sale to the public and where to find them. Last year 1,000 copies were distributed across the county, at local food stores, farmers markets, farm stands and public events. The booklet is also available online as a PDF via UNH-CE website.
Any farm in Carroll County, with products available for sale to the public can be listed in the book.
