Kids can make this filling recipe themselves. Use a spoon to slice the banana and spread the peanut butter.

Serving size: 1 wrap
Ingredients:
1 6-inch flour or whole wheat wrap
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Optional fillings:
1/2 small banana, sliced
1/2 small apple, diced
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. shredded carrot, about 1 baby carrot
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Spread peanut butter over wrap, right up to the edges.
- Chop and add fruit.
- Roll the wrap and cut in half.
- For a hot snack, microwave the wrap for 30 seconds.
Tip:
Sometimes the smaller jar of peanut butter is cheaper than the large one. Compare the unit pricing to find the best buy.
